Kolm Sibulat (Three onions) – who are we actually? The idea to establish a second restaurant came from our two head chefs. They are true artists at their heart. Our first restaurant Moon has a very distinctive style of cooking and this sets too strict limits to the two creative souls in the kitchen. Many of the fascinating in style raw ingredients and new ideas are not suitable for the use in Russian cooking. This restricts their culinary horizons. Even a very patient and detailed artist gets bored while painting the sea every single day… So the guys came up with the Three Onions concept.

The uniqueness of Thai cuisine manifests in the harmonious combination of flavours from Eastern and Western influences. Inspired by their neighbour countries, people of Thailand have incorporated curry from India and noodles from China into their menu and have combined them with their own local spices and herbs, such as Thai basil, lemongrass, galangal or Thai ginger, etc. The secret of Thai food is the balance of five flavours – sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy. Spicy dishes are served with mild dishes to balance the taste and avoid discomfort.
Such rich and wide-ranging influences from elsewhere create a complex taste in Thai food, which is rapidly gaining popularity in the world.
